  • Bill Lederer

    Bill Lederer — CEOWilliam A. (“Bill”) Lederer is CEO of Kantar Video and a member of the global HQ team of Kantar, the world’s leading media and marketing research, insights, and consultancy company. As CEO of Kantar Video, Bill is responsible for building this innovative global company from the ground up, creating an on-demand multilingual audio and video ID, syndication, tracking, measurement, and analysis platform for the benefit of agencies and advertisers, media, content creation and distribution companies, and technology and service providers.

    Previously, Bill was Global Chief Development Officer and Chief Operating Officer for Kantar Media Audiences (formerly TNS Media Research) and VP-Corporate Development, Kantar Media (formerly TNS Media North America). Bill’s extensive experience includes founding, building, buying, fixing, selling, investing in and serving as a board member of several public and private companies in both B2B and B2C internet, technology, marketing and information services. He has a B.S.B.A in Marketing and Finance from and is a former, long-serving Trustee of Roosevelt University, Chicago, IL.

  • Leigh Newsome

    Leigh Newsome — Senior Vice President, TechnologyLeigh Newsome oversees the engineering efforts of the Kantar VideolyticsTM platform. With nearly 20 years of experience innovating products in the digital media industry, Leigh has been at the forefront of multimedia technology. Early on in his career, he spent 7 years at Avid’s Digidesign. Leigh was then co-founder and CTO at AirSpun, Inc., a music and audio syndication solution. He was also SVP, Product at Thwapr Inc., a mobile video sharing service, working with major media companies. He is a lead inventor or co-inventor on various mobile video patents pending and was a former consultant to Apple for whom he developed a streaming media web application for the first iPhone.

    Leigh is also an adjunct professor at New York University where he teaches a graduate course on the technical development, production, and delivery of audio and multimedia content for web and mobile devices. Leigh received his BA in Psychology from San Jose State University.

  • Arthur McKinley — Vice President, Business DevelopmentArthur McKinley is responsible for fostering relationships with agencies and brands around the Kantar VideolyticsTM platform. Arthur has over 15 years of executive strategy, corporate and business development experience with media and advertising-technology companies. Previously, he served as General Manager of the AditAll, a leading self service video creation solution, and Dynamic Video, the “real time” data-driven video advertising platform. Prior to the AditAll Group, Arthur has held international business development roles at News Corp Interactive, Time Warner and Getty Images, as well as several entrepreneurial advertising technology ventures including Hitwise, Solbright and WinStar Communications.

    Arthur received his BA from Allegheny College and MBA from Fordham Graduate School of Business.

  • Jamison Tilsner

    Jamison Tilsner — VP, Business DevelopmentAs Kantar Video’s Evangelist, Jamison Tilsner is responsible for contextualizing and advocating on behalf of its efforts in online and mobile video. In this capacity, he also facilitates business development activities relative to content creators, content distributors and other members of the video ecosystem.Prior to Kantar Video, Jamison was COO of Tubefilter, a leading authority in the online entertainment industry. He is also a co-founder of The Streamy Awards, the first ever live-streamed awards show celebrating excellence in online entertainment and The International Academy of Web Television, a professional organization dedicated to the advancement of entertainment content distributed on the open internet. Jamison served as an Associate Producer and Production Coordinator for various film, television and new media productions and as an Adviser to Digital Filmmaking students at Katherine Gibbs School in New York.

    Jamison regularly speaks on the topic of online video and digital entertainment. He’s spoken at The Consumer Electonronics Show, Digital Hollywood, OMMA Video, Streaming Media East and West, New York Television Festival and regularly at NYU Tisch School of The Arts. Jamison holds a BFA from New York University’s Tisch School of The Arts and is completing an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business.

  • Brian Schorr

    Brian Schorr — Finance DirectorBrian Schorr runs Kantar Video’s financial, compliance, and administration department. Prior to Kantar Video, Brian served as Finance Director for WPP’s CommonHealth. At CommonHealth, he was responsible for managing the agencies budgeting, forecasting, and capacity planning. Brian had previously held several senior operations, finance, and consulting positions for the US Army Human Resources Command, the US Army Installation Management Command, and the National Institute of Health.

    Brian received his MBA from George Washington University and is a certified CPA license holder.

  • Brian Schorr

    George Musi — Director, Account ManagementAs Director of Account Management, George brings over 15 years in media and marketing research (marketing, consumer and brand strategy) and has been a trusted advisor to Start-ups and Fortune 500 brands, agencies and publishers in financial services, insurance, CPG, telecom, technology, and internet sectors. At Kantar Video he is accountable for the leadership, strategic planning and support of the Account Management / Client Services team in order to enhance the customer relationship through the strategic initiatives, account programs, standards, tools, and training and support procedures. Prior to joining Kantar Video, George has held senior-level positions at several research and consultancy companies, the most recent being Illuminas Global.

    George Holds degrees in Applied Sociology and Market Research from City University of New York at Queens College, and University of Georgia, respectively.

  • Sholien Houng-Babalis

    Sholien Houng-Babalis — Director, Client ServicesSholien Houng-Babalis joins Kantar Video as Director of Client Services. Ms. Houng-Babalis served as Global Director- Digital Operations at Dynamic Logic, the digital unit of Millward Brown. In this role, she coordinated and optimized thousands of campaigns across various publisher sites and was responsible for implementing Dynamic Logic’s proprietary Veranda Platform with over 200 top publisher networks. She has also worked with the top publishers in the APAC region, developing the digital frame work in Asia and Australia with the Millward Brown regional teams.

    Prior to Dynamic Logic, Ms. Houng-Babalis held account management and operations positions with firms including Ogilvy & Mather and Draft FCB. In her role as Director of Client Services, she will be responsible for bridging the gap between the business development teams and the internal platform engineers as new capabilities get rolled out. Sholien graduated from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.

  • Trevor Wolfe

    Trevor Wolfe — Marketing ManagerTrevor is responsible for developing the Kantar Video brand and coordinating Kantar Video’s communications, advertising, market analysis, product strategy and thought leadership activities.Trevor comes to Kantar Video from Kantar Media, where in his role as Digital Project Manager he helped with the transition and rebranding of TNS Media’s North American operations (TNS Media Intelligence, Media Research, Compete, Cymfony, MARX, CMAG, SRDS) to Kantar Media. He was also a member of the Kantar product innovation team responsible for the conception and building of Echo Video, a comprehensive viral video measurement solution.

    Trevor holds degrees in International Business from Hofstra University, and the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (ITESM) in Mexico.
