A: Yes, Kantar Videolytics allows you to effortlessly update your YouTube account with content from your existing library of videos.
Q: What are the minimum system requirements for the Kantar Videolytics Platform and Player?
A: The Kantar Videolytics Platform is a browser-based application that can be accessed with any modern browser. The minimum version of Flash required for the Kantar Videolytics player and charts is 10.0.0.0. The newest version of Flash can be downloaded from Adobe at http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer.
Q: Why do I have to register to use Kantar Videolytics?
A: In order to use many features of the Service, you must register to become a member. All information about you must be truthful, and you may not use any aliases or other means to mask your true identity. You may not share your password with any other party. You are responsible for the security of your password and will be solely liable for any use or unauthorized use under such password. Kantar Video will presume that all activity under a user name and password is being conducted by you. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your user name and password, it is your responsibility to contact Kantar Video immediately.

A: No. The Kantar Videolytics Platform is designed for all users, tech and non-tech alike. An easy-to-use interface allows non-tech users to intuitively manage and publish video quickly and professionally while a robust collection of APIs gives web professionals a limitless ability to create customized experiences.
Q: Can I track my videos in different countries?
A: Yes, you can view the geographical location where your video was tracked by clicking on the reports that provides the map view or the list view.

Q: What is an API Document? When do I need this?
A: You will need an API for customization, please contact Kantar Video for assistance by emailing KantarVideoService{at}Kantar.com.
Q: What if I need to pay with foreign currency?
A: Kantar Videolytics will only accept USD so all payments must be made in USD or if by paying by credit card, the user will incur the foreign currency exchange fees that are associated with the transaction.
Q: What if I want to cancel my subscription? What is your cancelation policy?
A: You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by 30 days prior written notice. However, contract terms longer than the notice period shall be in effect at all times. In addition to any right or remedy that may be available to us under these Terms of Service or applicable law, we may suspend, limit or terminate your account, or all or a portion of your access to the Service, at any time without notice and without cause. We may also remove any Video Content that violates these Terms of Services or may otherwise expose Kantar Video to liability.
